Return Policy
If you are not satisfied with the purchase of our brand made through the DECIM website or our retail store. We are here to help you with our service if you want to return any of the products you can return it with at least 50% full within a year according to your date of purchase which is stated on your receipt.
Please note that the purchase made in bundle e.g. Hylamide core service Bundles, the ordinary No-Brainer, NIOD set no.1 should be returned fully in order to be eligible for the refund or return. In that case, the full money will be refunded to the customer.
Products and shipping fees that are listed as final sales are not-refund.
Exchanges
At this time we do not offer any store credit or exchange. Before ordering any product or after the purchase if you are unhappy please review our return and refund policy. You can also get a discount on the ordinary discount code.
If you want to return in-store or pick up a purchase. You can return the product at any DECIEM location within the country where you made the purchase. A proof or receipt must be provided at the time of exchange or refund. A copy of the electronic receipt must be provided to the store at the time of refund without that receipt refund might not be possible. Kindly bring that receipt at the time of refund. In case you are unable to return at our retail store you can return the product at one of our warehouses. Your refund will be issued through Paypal. Our customer service will contact you with all the detail of your refund.
ONLINE ORDERS
Your online purchases can be returned in-store or online. If you are returning to the store kindly do provide our store ambassador your order number which was given to you at the time of checkout. If you want to return your product through the mail please do follow the instructions.
Your order includes an original or copy of the invoice given to you by the store. Please confirm the DEC order number and submit it to the customer service representative.
